Every new customer that we work with will need to complete the account application form found below, and one of the other authorisation forms dependent on the type of business you are.
To save time ahead of your initial enquiry, you can download these in advance and complete them to send alongside your documentation as the sooner we have these forms back, the sooner we can start to complete your customs declarations for you.
Once you have downloaded and completed the forms, please send them through to enquiries@act-forwarding.com for processing and we can confirm once an account has been made and we are ready to start completing jobs for you.
